  3. What is Hermes Beeper?
  4.

Well, Hermes Beeper is similiar to Adam Watson's ChatMan and Pat Padgett's PowerPager.  Personally, I think ChatMan is the best and wish Adam would release it for Hermes II.  So what does Hermes Beeper do?  Well, it is similiar to PowerPager except that it is a little bit better in some respect.

  7. What do you get from Hermes Beeper?

  9.    1)  A "BEEP" sound that will alert the Sysop when a User is requesting a Chat.
  10.    2)  It also recognizes Sysop's Availability hours as well.
  11.    3)  Next, it allows the user to enter a REASON similiar to both ChatMan and
  12.         PowerPager which is recorded in the logs.
  13.    4)  Allows a User the option to Email the Sysop if he is not available for chatting.

  18. 1)  Fixed a bug in writing to the log the Sysops name.
  19. 2)  Fixed a bug in those modifications done from 1.0 -> 1.1.

  41. If you have suggestions and or ideas for this or another external, please let me know.  I can program; however, coming up with ideas is another story.  Most of my ideas and/or suggestions are being placed into Hermes II v2.0.

  47. 3)  Sysop Hours which can be set for individual days of the week along with individual
  48.      time slots.
